How billing works

Checkout uses Stripe in subscription mode. Your app user ID is attached in metadata so the webhook and sync flow can update your account plan inside ZentraCore.

Cancellation

Users can manage billing in Stripe Billing Portal. If a subscription is deleted or an invoice payment fails, the account returns to Free.

Plan sync

The page refreshes your live plan from the backend instead of trusting stale local storage, so paid users should now see the correct current tier here.
